We do require reservations. If you have already purchased
your tickets online, please make sure to let us know. If you
have not purchased your online
tickets, get them now and save money.
Cancelation Policy ...
All reservations require credit card number to hold
anything.
cancellations prior to 24 hours before your reservation,
there no charge.
In the 24 hour period of your trip if you change, cancel,
or get an attitude and leave or less people in your group.
$25 per person charge.
If you are 30 minutes late, it is considered a no show
and there is a $25 per person charge.
What you can expect ...
First, we meet at the ramp and you will be boarded on one
of our amazing fast airboats. As is always the case in Florida, the weather
can be unpredictable so please dress in layers. Leave all
personal belongings locked in your vehicle. We are not
responsible for an items lost, broken, or damaged by water.
Our airboat rides tours last almost exactly one hour, or
90 minutes and you
will be going through some of Florida's natural swamps.
There WILL be wildlife and we ask you to be respectful as we
approach them by not screaming or yelling. There will be
great picture opportunities.
